What shipping methods are available?

Shipping to the United States and Canada is via the most economical method for its destination at time of order, generally FedEx Ground Economy, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, UPS Mail Innovations, or by the USPS and Canada Post. International shipping is via USPS Priority Mail International or Canada Post. Express options may be available depending on destination, and size and weight of the shipment.

How much does shipping cost?

We are pleased to offer free shipping to addresses in Canada. For other locations listed above, shipping is calculated at the time of order based on the dimensions and weight of the package and its destination.

When will I receive my order?

Turnaround times are currently estimated as follows (subject to change and not including shipping):

• Wall art (gallery wraps and photographic prints): 2-4 days

• Custom woodcrafted items: 1-2 weeks

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order progress to its destination. Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping days.

Expedited shipping options may be available depending on destination, to obtain a quote prior to ordering please contact us directly.

What about Duties and Taxes?

Any duties and taxes charged are the responsibility of the customer.

Where will my order ship from?

Digital artwork is printed and shipped from our high-end print specialist in the United States. Carvings, signs, original canvases, and any other woodwork are shipped from my studio here in Canada.
